Meals
Every day of the 7 day tour – except for the arrival and the designated free day – concludes with a full local lunch including drinks. These
meals are inspired by seasonal Lefkadian and other Greek recipes, and are enjoyed at carefully selected local restaurants, either in town or in
a nearby village, depending on the day’s itinerary.
As for dinner, you are free to explore and choose your own dining experience.
Whether you prefer a cozy taverna in Lefkada Town or a charming spot off the beaten path, you’re encouraged to discover the island’s
flavours at their own pace.
Of course, we’ll be more than happy to share our personal recommendations, helping you find the perfect place for a memorable evening
meal.
Accommodation
Throughout your stay in Lefkada, you’ll be hosted in carefully selected modern villas, designed for comfort, privacy and relaxation.
Depending on the number of guests, accommodation will be arranged accordingly – each villa offering spacious bedrooms, a cozy living
room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, ensuring a pleasant and homely experience.
All villas are located either within a 10-minute walk or a short drive from the centre of Lefkada Town, yet tucked away in tranquil settings,
surrounded by olive groves or lush gardens, or by the sea, far from the noise of the city.
Guests joining the 7-day tour may choose between 2 options:
1. Accommodation provided by Mama’s Flavours and partners
- Mama’s Flavours handles all bookings and payments on behalf of guests.
- Accommodation is provided within Lefkada Town or nearby areas (Agios Ioannis, Fryni, Apolpaina, Karyotes, Lygia, Tsoukalades), no more
than 7-8 km (approx. 15-minute drive) from town.
- Guests are picked up directly from their accommodation. If they have their own vehicle, a meeting point is arranged in advance.
- Local breakfast with fresh, seasonal Lefkadian and Greek products is included.
- Requests for accommodation must be submitted by 15.04.2026 at the latest for the May tour and by 25.08.2026 for the October tour.
- A 30% non-refundable deposit due should be made within 5 days of confirmation (no later than 20.04.2026 & 31.08.2026) in order to secure
the availability of the accommodation.

Guests may choose their own accommodation independently of Mama’s Flavours.
- To ensure smooth logistics during the 7-day tour, the selected accommodation should ideally be located in Lefkada Town or nearby
areas: Agios Ioannis, Fryni, Apolpaina, Karyotes, Lygia,Tsoukalades.
- If the guests’ accommodation is located outside the areas mentioned above, an additional charge will apply for pick-up and drop-off.
- Guests must handle all bookings and payments for their chosen accommodation.
- The accommodation must be confirmed no later than 3 weeks before the start of the tour.
- Once finalised, guests must notify Mama’s Flavours of the name and exact location of the accommodation.
Transfer services and costs
Transfer services are provided by Mama’s Flavours in collaboration with professional partners and are included in the final price.

to larger private groups, such as groups of friends or corporate team-building events.
When you, our guest, book one or more of Mama’s Flavours’ gastronomic experiences, the day is entirely dedicated to you, your friends and
your loved ones. Once your booking is confirmed, no other guests can be added to the experience. In this way, we share a beautiful day
together and, by the end, we say “until next time” as friends!
By booking the 7-Day Private Tour with Mama’s Flavours, the guests confirm they have carefully
read and agreed to all of the above.
